"The pool was really fun.. we had a air conditioner leak in our room but was fixed quickly.. weird thing happened a security guard opened our door in the middle of the night.. really freaked us out and not sure why that happened no explanation given.. just weird"

"I have mixed feelings about this stay, this is a classic example of great potential and poor management. The place is great but the staff lacks confidence and training. You can be happy if you don’t need anything already in your room. I have 3 examples of my experience. 1/ I was in pool area, and asked the staff for a pool towel I wasn’t able to find, instead of going above and beyond, they just asked me to keep looking at other bins “there must be a towel in one of them”. 2/ in a different day, I called lobby from my room and asked them to please send fresh towels to my room: they acknowledged and they didn’t commit, they never went to my room, 3/ I accepted the daily partial cleaning policy and on 3rd day of stay having a full cleaning, well it doesn’t matter that they communicated that during checking in or if they confirmed me that it would be done that day by 7pm right before I left the building to visit a park, I came back and the full cleaning policy didn’t happen. After you visit a park, you are tired and want to see a clean room, I went down to ask them to clean the room as promised. They cynically said I left the ‘do not disturb’ light. These people think visitors are stupid, awful excuse. In addition, they don’t immediately address your concern and make it up. They just tell you they will try their best. In summary, if you want a flawless experience, don’t visit this hotel. If you are relaxed and peaceful maybe you can forgive their fumbles and poor assistance."
