"We got stuck in Houston because of a flight delay and missed connection. I asked the staff if there was any kind of late checkout option because we were going to be stuck all day in the airport. They let us stay until 2pm for late checkout and did not charge. Very wonderful and accommodating, will most definitely stay here again if ever in Houston."

"Great communication with the staff during our stay. Our shower broke the first night and they immediately moved us to another room which was an upgrade. The manager came to the room to help with the transition and made sure everything was operating properly. I really enjoyed my stay and the walking distance to burger king and pizza hut. I recommend this hotel in the near future. Only suggest is to put the 25.00 parking overnight on the website. Other than that it was a smooth visit and the beds are so comfortable."

"This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed at ZaZa Museum District and absolutely love it. Nice rooms, The Monarch restaurant is excellent and we love walking around the museums and park around the zoo. We have done two different couples massage packages at The ZaSpa and they were the best massages we’ve ever had."
