I have stayed at this Hilton twice before. Ityclise to the university and the service is excellent. It’s a beautiful place and I always feel right at home.

Better than expected!

Pros: All the details were well attended-to and well supervised.
Cons: To park overnight in their garage cost $20. I would have preferred parking be included.
Location: Right on the University of Houston campus and next door to Texas Southern (where our graduation was). There's not a lot else close-by, though.
We went down to Houston for a graduation. This is a hotel at the University of Houston campus. I called to make reservations for the family in advance for dinner at the hotel restaurant. I left a message at the restaurant but didn't get a confirmation call-back, so I thought uh-oh. The hotel turned out to be absolutely wonderful, though. The supervisor came through at check-in to creatively accommodate sleeping requirements for grandchildren while keeping our rooms close together. The decor was modern, attractive, tasteful and very well-maintained. The rooms were clean, well-kept and spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and all the usual incidentals were all provided. Everything worked fine, and we had no cause to complain about anything. When our ceremony ran late that evening, the restaurant was very accommodating about our arriving late for the reservation (which they had in fact made), with fewer people (some decided to stay at the graduation site and meet faculty). The restaurant service was friendly and attentive and the food was attractively-presented and of high quality--much better than the usual hotel fare. The staff morale seemed very good. This place is clearly well-managed!

modern style

We ordered room service 3 times during our stay the food was so good. Room was very clean and we were extremely satisfied.

This hotel made me feel welcome

Pros: Free Internet
I am very satisfied with my stay at the hotel. The rooms are comfortable and the service is good. All the staff were always very friendly and whenever I needed directions to somewhere, they gave me accurately. It was a very good experience.

Great Experience

I stayed here with my son as we were checking out the University of Houston college. The hotel was beautiful, the staff great, and the college amazing. Will definitely be staying here again.
