Book a hotel near Sonoma Ranch Golf Course, Las Cruces

"We had to book a room here because of a death in the family and desperately needing a room. Had my mom not been post surgery the days we had to be here we would have slept in our cars instead. Disgusting stains all over the room from the bed to the chair to the floor and even the door. Expired and moldy food in their “continental” breakfast. We didn’t have room turn down 3 out of 4 days we were there because they said it was cancelled because they didn’t have the staff. I had to go buy towels because they said they didn’t have more to give us after the ones that were already in our room. I had to take the trash out of our room daily to the hallway trash can and to the gas station nearby. The last day we were there we even got to see their cockroaches in the entrance way if the hotel. Every time I asked for help form a manager or brought an issue up to the staff I was told the manager wasn’t available and they said “sorry I can’t do anything about that”. DO NOT STAY HERE! "

"The staff was great but the room and building needs to be updated. The bathroom had mold on the wall and it didn’t look like it had been cleaned. The tub looked like it hadn’t been clean forever. The room also didn’t look like it was cleaned. Found dirty and crumbs on the floor. We checked in and change our clothes to go to our concert and then decided to leave that night because we didn’t want to stay in a dirty room. I was very disappointed in the hotel. Especially for it to be a Wyndham property. Every other hotel that I’ve have stayed in was so nice. And to get here and decide to drive 5 hours back home because we didn’t want to stay in a dirty room is very upsetting. "

"Parking was good. Staff was average. But hygiene was very poor. Hate it. Stains of bedsheets dirtiest hotel I ever stayed."

"Loved the nice clean environment had no problems checking in or checking out. Sad the room had no refrigerator but that was only a small thing."

"I always stay here when I go to Las Cruces. The rooms are always clean and I have never had any problems with guests making noise like I’ve had at more expensive hotels in town. Check in is quick and the WiFi is free."
