The hotel is beautiful and the bed was so soft and comfortable. Only complaints are that there were no outlets to plug in devices next to the bed, and our room did not have a refrigerator.

Spent minimum time in the hotel. Hotel comes at a premium plus price but noise from air conditioning can compete with TV noise. Electrical plugs are hidden and not convenient if guest need CPAP or other medical devices. The hotel requires major updates/modernization to be competitive in the marketplace.

The room smelled horrible. One of the pillows had a shoe mark on it like someone stepped on it. When in laid down on my bed the smell of the room was worse. Eventually my daughter and I smelled all the pillows and about 3 of them smelled like urine and body order. We threw them on the floor and although the smell wasn’t as strong, I was was disgusted laying there. We had to get to bed in order to be up early and check out otherwise I would have asked for another room.

This is a beautiful property with beautiful grounds and lobby. The staff was lovely and the room was very comfortable. There is shopping and dining all around. It's very convenient and there are beautiful views of the mountains in any direction.

We have often stayed at this property and really loved it. On this trip however, both restaurants were closed causing us to have to go elsewhere. That could be alright but we still had to pay a “resort” fee when there were no resort amenities.
