Rooms were surprising clean. Love the shower with the sliding glass door and infinity mirror. The KIng size bed was extra comfortable. Ate dinner at a restaurant called Sam’s and really enjoyed the food. I will book my next stay to Shreveport with them!,💯😃 Rajaee and Eunice

The carpet is old and wavy, and needs replaced. The two air conditioners did not even cool the room. The one by the bed sounded like a 747 taking off every time it came on. And the shower head was just as loud and needs replaced! The counter top by the sink had a sticky substance on it. The furniture is old and stained.

A room key had to be re-keyed every time we went in. The facility was in need of painting, and some repairs in the bananas were overly ripe the TV had to be reprogrammed before it would work.

The staff at check in were super nice. The room was new, spacious and clean. The bed was comfy with lots of pillows. And the towels were above average. Parking was adequate and well lit. The immediate area was not the best but I did enjoy an early breakfast at the Waffle House.
