It was a clean and quiet room for the night but it wasn't the renovated room we booked based on the pictures online. Lobby employee was friendly as were the employees in the casino.

Non smoking is same as Smoking in their mind

The reservation was for a non smoking (recently renovated) non smoking King bed room. On arrival, we were told that there were no nonsmoking available and that the reservation was for a certain "type" of room and this type of room is either non smoking or smoking, which they think makes sense! They were unwilling to make any appropriate adjustments so we cancelled the reservation and were assured we would not be charged anything. My brother who had also reserved a non smoking room had arrived earlier and was sent to a room which wreaked of cigar smoke. After he vehemently complained, he was moved to a non smoking room. He told the desk clerk that I would require a non smoking room as reserved and they assured this would be done. As to cleanliness, my brother had to insist that house keeping be called immediately to vacuum the dirty carpet . They never returned over the next 2 days to clean the room or provide clean towels despite a sign being left on the door knob for an entire day saying housekeeping was requested. When he complained the next day, he was told there was a new policy to only servi e the room if the guest calls and requests this. There was no communication of this new policy to guests and signs were still on the inside door knob to hang outside to request service. All in all, a terrible experience and I will never go back there to risk another disappointment like this.

The front desk staff wasn’t as attentive and proceeded to use profanity with eachother as they were checking me in while her trainer was present . In the midst of that she made an error on a previous guest check in before starting mine due to her talking mess with other employees. A little unprofessional but the property was beautiful.

Has a fun time! The pool Is a part scene at least on weekends. Super friendly, helpful staff. They have old school penny slots. Live music was talented cover band. Loved sitting at sports bar and betting on games.

We booked at this property because friends recommended it but our stay was not as pleasant. The bathroom sink or tub didn't drain. There were mutiple broken outlets in the room, the bathoom mirror light did not work. We did not have "do not disturb" sign to put on the door and when asked about we were told no one has one because house keeping doesn't clean the rooms untul after check out. Well our luck, house keeping showed up at 10:30 to start cleaning and we were still there. Not to mention if you don't like cigarette smoke, do not go to this casino. It was so smokey and just horrible. They do have a no smoking room on the 3rd floor but there are very few slots and I am a table person.
