I liked the bar, the hot tub. The staff there were horrible and very ugly to us. This was our first time to stay there and will definitely be our last!

The bathrooms were not clean. 2 towels for 4 people. Was there for 2 hours and electricity went out in the resort due to weather. They said they would reimburse us our money for the stay. We checked in at 4 and was checked out by 9. Overall that was the first time I stayed there, and it will be the last

I called housekeeping to ask for an extra blanket. After 1 1/2 hours and no blanket, we called again. Another hour went by and no blanket. I had to call the front desk to ask for a blanket. Working minutes it arrived. However, instead of a blanket they gave me the decorative running for the bed. Called the front desk directly again and asked for a blanket, referencing the comforter. The lady mockingly repeater “so you want a comforter” I said yes. We went to bed without the extra Comforter I asked for. For $408 i was taken back by the lack of customer service and timeliness or this request.
