We had a terrible stay. 1st we were placed in a room with no ceiling tiles exposed wired etc. 2nd the entire building smelled like strong skunk. 3rd rooms were not cleaned no toilet paper or towels. 4th police had to be called for loud disturbance/assult at 330 am in room on our floor staff simply stated "we've ask them to lower the noise thats all we can do". We will never stay at this location again.

After arriving for check in we were placed in a room on the first floor near the office. Upon entering the room it smelled damp, dank, and unclean. We immediately requested another room. The next room was located next door to the first room initially assigned to us! The second room smelled the same and upon further inspection my husband revealed two huge spots of black mold growing inside of the closet!! This was bad for us because we prepaid for the room on Travelocity and every other hotel was booked solid or charging $500 since it was New Years Eve! The only room s they had available were double bed rooms! We informed the hotel manager at check out M Patel and his excuse was that the first two rooms were not rented out very much because they are handicapped accessible rooms and that their property was unaware of the 10” round spots of mold lurking in the closet. His apathetic apology did nothing to put us at ease!! Don’t book this room the hotel is a dump!!!1.5 stars and that’s being generous!

When I arrived shortly after 3pm my room was not ready. Excuse was they were full last night and short staff today. The motel hallways smelled of cigarette smoke with many stains in carpet. Room was too hot even with a/c at 66°, stains on carpet and no towels available. Only good thing was the breakfast. Staff was friendly.

Nice interior. Did have a hiccup with one room; the front door would not lock upon leaving the hotel room. Told front desk and was very close to not being switched to another room because the hotel was booked for a basketball tournament. Luckily, we are able to switch out to another room where the door could securely lock. However the chair that was at the desk seemed to be broken. Breakfast was ok, but not what I anticipated. Thought it would have been more variety than just eggs, sausage and waffles for your hot items. Would have liked to have seen some grits, hash browns, biscuits and bacon. Otherwise my stay at the Country Inn was ok.

Missing a coffee pot. Bathroom faucet leaking onto counter. TV was analog only with screen sizing problems Coffee pot brought in by desk crew at night.
