The rooms weren’t clean I had dirty towel with make up and perfume on the towel rack. When dried face smelt strong odor. Nobody would answer front desk, room service or house keeping calls yet when went to front desk lady told me go back and call from your room so inconvenient to keep going downstairs with elevator constantly glitching.

Very dated and tired. Clearly nothing done to this casino in a long time. By all appearances, they are riding out until they close it. Staff on casino floor very inattentive and rude. Especially on the 2nd floor where the pit attendant barked at us making it clear we were unwelcome. We went to the only restaurant that was open, we were the only people, we asked if they are still open, she replied yes and sat us, after being seated, we sat there for 15 minutes with no one coming to the table, plenty looked but never came to take our order. We went to counter, they suggested ordering take out and leaving. We finally just gave up and left telling the man at the counter we were just going to leave. He turned his head back around to us snapped what! As if we had insulted him instead of they us. The elevators didn't work properly, getting stuck and just opening and closing the doors. The floor had trash and build up of dirt and scum around openings, and elevator doors were visibly rustly. When we finally made it to our rooms, we tried calling for food delivery/takeout, every place we tried refused to deliver. Dirty and mold growing in and around showers, the wallpaper was peeling throughout bathrooms. Drawer wouldn't stay shut between beds. Difficult to shower and rinse soap off because the water pressure in showers was very low. On a positive note, Mary and Christopher at the front desk at check in were the only ones nice, polite and helpful staff in the facility.

The room is way past renovation, the carpet had a huge bleach stain, overall cleaning is lacking and the room has a musty smell. However, the room is large, great A/C and dark/quiet which is awesome for sleeping. Probably will not stay there again.

We loved the Bally’s hotel. The beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We got to have the river view room as requested. 10/10 would recommend and would definitely stay here again.
