The keys for each room hadn't been delivered and guests were forced to wait on a member of housekeeping or Bellhop employees to escort them to their rooms. Very unprofessional, and tough on staff who were frustrated and rude. The corners of bathroom were black with filth and floors were sticky. I threw away the sandals that I used for slippers. Smoking was allowed in Casino, so I only stayed 15-30 minutes. Hot tub was clean and perfect. Shampoo was cheap and harsh. Towels were clean and thick, very nice. The steakhouse meal was delicious, as usual.

The price for the room was very reasonable. Especially considering we were leaving Texas and came to Shreveport to gamble and decided to stay at the last minute. The room was clean and very spacious. The employees were very kind. The only con I had was us needing to be escorted back and forth to our room because they were only given five room keys for the night. However, the nice lady that was escorting people on the elevator was extremely kind and funny. She volunteered to work a double just to help out. I tipped her $20 for her troubles. Give her a raise!

Casino is fun. Only one place in the Hotel that we saw to get breakfast or coffee. But we went for the Casino anyway so I’d highly recommend Bally’s.

The Casino was good. They put us in a room that smelled like urine. There was a big wet spot between the two beds?? The small refrigerator door wouldn't shut. I've never stayed in such a filthy room and for over $200.00 dollars?
