The place is nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. The casino is a little smokey for are taste. The main dishes on the brunch buffet was good. I would skip the desserts. They are not very good. We tried quite a few hopping to find a good one.

They were pretty set about the checkin time. No check in before 4 (arrived at 3:30 pm) Staff very sweet and professional though but not busy and hotel did not look busy.

there was neither hardly any water pressure or hot water to shower. The bed was very uncomforortable as were the pillows. Only one lamp worked so we had to keep unplugging it and move it as needed. There was no shampoo to use. Only one trash can in the suite.

Staff was not friendly. Service was horrible. Called housekeeping for towels twice and no one ever came. As I was walking out my room, I noticed housekeeping 2 doors down ( which means they bypassed my room). I had to go over to them and ask for towels.

There was no microwave as advised therefore forcing us to spend monies on food that was sub-par at best at The Draft House -the oysters were not worth the prices at all; very small, mostly just some salty breading stuff. The chicken & sausage gumbo SUCKED- very very greasy couldn't eat at all. The cheesburger made my husband very sick. Now the bartender that served our drinks while we waited for our order was great, very nice and prompt. The lady that checked us out this morning was AMAZING - SUPER NICE definitely should get a raise. The bed was comfortable. The AC was super loud and kept me up. There was no coffee pods (only 1 pod was avaliable and it was tea NOT coffee). I am glad that we didn't pay full price as I would have been livid. Room was worth the 90$ - food was NOT worth 75$.

The room was great and the service is amazing. I thought I didn't have to make a payment according to Expedia but I call the hotel and they required the first night stay. I'm not sure how that happened
