I liked the game options. The room was tastefully appointed. I did not like the stopped up tub in the bathroom and the toilet paper holder was broken and kept falling off the wall.

We chose to come here for a quick spring break getaway. Check in was friendly. The indoor pool had over 40+ kids in there with no staff applying any rules. My daughter was terrified to swim as most of the kids were teenage boys rough-housing. The housekeeping staff were so loud and obnoxious and rude when we asked a question. The girl at the movie snack counter was pleasant, but the attendee checking tickets seemed mad that we were even there to watch a movie, mumbling all sorts of things under her breath. Casino and dining were ok. Rooms are dated. We won’t be back simply because of how rude the workers are.

Dont bother
The beds in the hotel were dirty, the shower did not work the whole three days that I was there, and whenever you call the front desk to help, there was none. I had to go to the front desk several times. After agreeing to move us to a new room, it never happened. They called maintenance three times to fix the shower and that never happened. Other than the spa, I would never go back to this place.

When we entered the room; everything looked good. 1. The beds were not made properly. 2. There was dried up nasty looking buildup from the refrigerator. 3. We had to walk down the housekeeping to get clean towels the very FIRST night we were there. 4. After calling housekeeping three different times the second night and the rep telling us they were on the way….they didn’t show….i had to call the front desk. Speak to a Manager just to get clean towels…Krazy right
