The rooms are outdated and the lamps appear to be rigged with switches not original to the lamps. The lock fell off the door and we moved for safety reasons to a different room. The mattresses were WORN! I'm still recovering from such a horrible nights sleep. I expect comfortable conditions when we travel, especially from a Hilton brand. Unless the beds are updated, I would not recommend.

Our stay was awful starting with the airport shuttle. It came after one hour, and even then it was full !!! It is shared by several other hotel brands and it was only a 10 pax van !!! We had to take a taxi to the Super 8, which cost $31. Front desk was dismissive, basically "too bad." My experience was similar to others' who reported poor service. Hotel is grim, dirty, and poorly maintained. Elevator is super slow, and made me wonder if we'd get trapped in it! Carpet is worn and scuzzy. No coffee maker in the room. Air conditioner was off, room was hot. The shower head and control were wonky offset far to the side almost over the tub side !!! The good ratings on yelp are all phony and made up. Low integrity employees. Avoid this hotel. If you go here, you will regret it. I WISH I had read the Yelp reviews before booking here. I've learned my lesson.

It was a very good overall experience. Attended a comedy show in the hotel bar. When the show was over around 10:15 the bar was already closed on a Saturday night though. The room was really clean with comfortable beds. The shower had low water pressure but that seems to be common in hotels in my experience.
