When I checked into the room, I was met with very large roaches. I immediately went back to the front desk and told her I was not staying in the room and was leaving and I asked for a refund after I showed her pictures I took of the roaches. She could not refund my money because I booked on travelocity.

Room is very comfortable. The staff very helpful. This property is near the airport so you can hear planes taking off. The hot tub was closed.
