Did not like the idea of having to pay a resort fee when we didn’t even use any of the amenities. If this was the case then the price of the hotel should include the resort fee in order not deceived the guests into thinking that their rate was good compared to the other hotels nearby.

The elevators were not very clean. There really wasn't any place to have a traditional breakfast. A guest at this property shouldn't have to request that the room be serviced, it should happen every day.

Always a nice visit but the downturn is real as staff was bare bones. I called the front desk at night to request an iron to press for a conference, after ringing for 5 minutes. Hung up and called bell captain but after waiting nearly an hour, finally reached fromt desk and took another 30 mins to arrive. Checked out early to attend conference in peace and requested email of bill after confirming email on file and nada. Had to call 2 days later anf again no answer at front desk. Had to hang up and called reservations and received email immediatey. It is clean, seems the rooms have been remodeled and when you get staff they are incredibly nice. I just think a conference with nearly 2k in attendance they would have more than 1 or 2 working front desk.
