Check in associate wasn’t friendly, didn’t smile once, and seemed annoyed that I was checking in. He Didn’t point out where room was or even what floor it was on. Also didn’t explain anything about $50 dollar deposit so the total was more than expected until it was removed from credit card charge days later. Also would have preferred more ventilation in my smoking room. Even being a smoker myself I didn’t smoke in the room because the smell was overwhelming to the point it was hard to sleep in the room

Room was very clean and nice. The beds are dressed very well. The mattress will cause you to fall out close to the night stand from wearing down. May need flipping to even the wear. The staff were wonderful and polite!
