"When we arrive we were met with a sign that the elevator was out and we were on the third floor. The hallway A\C was set at 80 and was every bit of it. We got my daughter settled into her.room and went to ours. When I opened the door I thought they hadn’t cleaned the room, but then noticed the opened suitcase and clothing laying on the unmade bed. We hurriedly got out of there and went back to the main desk. They said they didn’t know what happened, and gave us a different room, but we never felt secure not knowing if someone else was going to be assigned the same room. We received a text saying the rooms would only be service every three days, but only had towels for one day. The breakfast was miserable and the waffle batter only dispensed batter for one waffle. We spent a miserable 3 days there."

"The room was clean. Two complaints. Very little hot water in the evenings. No towel racks/hooks, in the bathroom, to hang up your towel. Otherwise, great stay, great location and, I will stay there again, next time I travel to that area. Thanks."

"we chose this hotel because it had an indoor pool that we wanted to use. When we got there we found out that winter hours for the pool it is only open on Friday and Sat. Why are there winter hours for an indoor pool? Breakfast was ok, coffee was great. "
