I had 2 rooms booked. BUT WE COULDN’T / DIDN’T STAY!!! Our first room smelled like cat pee!! It was disgusting! I have a cat so I know that smell. The second room smelled like vape and some other disgusting smell, probably a cleaner that was used to cover the smell. We had to leave and drive home 5 hours instead of staying over like we planned. I will never stay at a Holiday Inn Express again. I’d like to be reimbursed since accommodations were uninhabitable! Thank you

The staff is always very nice and helpful. They must have run out of regular coffee pods because they kept giving us decaf even though we requested regular. Also the hot tub must have been turned down or broke because it wasn't that hot after our first day.

Things went well and the staff were very pleasant. The room was big and the bathroom was nice. It was on the first floor next to the gym but it was relatively quiet except for one interruption by other clients that was solved quickly.

Beds were comfortable, accessible room was spacious, continental breakfast was pretty decent, staff were friendly and helpful. Only issue is that the shower chair was for the wrong style of bathtub and it caused water to get outside the tub while showering.
