"Beth was an outstanding hostess. Our family of 3 loved our time in Watercolor for the long weekend. The carriage house was comfortable and peaceful, and we were able to easily bike or walk to Seaside, the beach, Grayton Beach, and the surrounding Watercolor neighborhood! We would love to return someday soon!"

"Our stay here was great! The property was exactly as depicted in the photos. All bedrooms were downstairs in a long hallway, which actually made nap times and bed times easier for everyone. Upstairs was the kitchen and living area, and we all loved going up there and spending time together. The property manager was very responsive the few times I had to reach out (late checkout related). I did notice underneath the beds hadn’t been cleaned before our stay. I think the cleaning people may have forgotten to get under our bed. I still give it 5 stars for clean because everything else was clean! The water color membership was an added bonus if you’re bringing little ones. Beach days are long, so it was nice to change it up. We would definitely stay here again! "
