Front desk did not suggest restaurant across the street when we arrived at 9 pm and hotel calypso was closed. Room needs some maintenance work, bathroom not draining properly. We were only there fo 1 night so it wasn't a big deal. Not a good experience during check in, had to wait and front desk person not very welcoming.

staff was very nice. building needs updating. Rust and erosion in doorways and metal fixtures. The indoor pool is in need of structural and cosmetic repairs to the covered area. beachside pool was not heated as advertised
