"It was an easy process for getting in. The kitchen facility was perfect for our use. We watched the sunrise and full moon rise from the picture window, it was amazing. The owner is very responsive about any questions. Do note it is a bottom floor condo with people above. It is very comfortable and great location to go to Maine, Portsmouth, or just the beach down the street. "

"Quick overnight stay at Hotel Portsmouth. Staff was extremely responsive via text message during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Rooms were dark decor but probably this is keeping with colonial period theme decor. Breakfast in morning was nice with fresh fruit - yogurt - oatmeal and pastries. Very walkable to downtown area. "

"The view from the room and deck were incredible and as described. The bed and pillows were very comfortable enabling a great night's sleep. The condo was clean and the neighborhood is very safe. There is a lovely beach within walking distance or a 3 min drive (see pic) and we loved walking the shoreline and taking in the view. Nearby you will find the Rye Lobster Pound (casual - maybe 10 min drive) and the Carriage House (upscale- approx. 12-15 minute drive) - both delicious. Most importantly, the property manager had excellent communication and was very attentive to all needs. This personal touch makes all the difference."
