We booked the wrong Anchorage Inn by mistake. After countless phone calls and trying to secure another reservation in Portsmouth, and no luck, we decided to stay. Tom was super personable and friendly. He made up for the lack of amenities.
He greeted us when we arrived back at the hotel and asked about our evenings. He was helpful in selecting spots to dine and places to go.
It was always a great conversation with Tom!
By the time we left, we felt like he was our friend.
For sure, the establishment needs bigger towels, more charging stations, cleaner floors, and more amenities, but our room was clean. The bed was comfortable the sheets were cleaned.
