The location is right on the beach. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful and nice. Most rooms do not have ocean view. There was sand in the sheets. I believe the sheets were clean, but the sand was probably a result of sand in the mattress pad or bedspread. The room had a strong smell. I think the smell was probably cheap cleaner or soap. The smell remained even after opening the windows and turning on air conditioning. I wouldn’t stay here again, but again want to mention how nice the front desk staff was (and no, I didn’t complain to her about the odor, because there wouldn’t have been anything she could do to change the situation in the time we were there). I usually like to focus only on the positives, but anyone with sensitivity to odors should be aware.

Not worth it.

My husband and i came here for a work event /friend trip. We had another couple stay with us in the same room. It was not at all what we were expecting. The bathroom was so tiny we had to keep the door open so we didnt feel so closed in. When we did shut the door it would get stuck. The vent in the bathroom did not work so everything got steam in there.the water had two options ice cold or burn your skin off. The floors were sticky so had to wear some type of shoe or socks in the room. There was no screen on the sliding door so you really couldnt have the door open to enjoy the ocean breeze. Parking was a whole disaster! Won't even get into that. I would stay at hampton beach again but i would NEVER stay at this hotel again. Absolutely not worth $700 to stay there

Beautiful

We had a wonderful time at the Breakers hotel. The room was super clean and convenient to the beach. Everyone at the front desk was super helpful and gave us some great advice on what to eat locally. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. I’m very happy that they have a refrigerator there and a microwave oven. I think this is the cleanest hotel. I’ve stayed at when I’ve been to the Hampton Beach.

I always come back to this motel because of how friendly everyone is. The owner at check in, the other front desk staff and housekeepers are all super helpful and kind. my mother forgot a fee things in the room - they bagged them up and called us right away to let us know. It’s also clean and in the perfect location. The bathroom is tiny, but not that big of a deal. I’ll keep coming back to this little gem!

Breakers By The Sea is located on the quiter end of the strip, which was ideal for us. Parking provided across from the motel, and free. The beach is a very short walk, and the shops and restaurants are within a walkable distance. We took a tiki taxi (decorated golf cart) downtown 1-way and walked the other, super convenient and cheap. The motel staff were friendly and helpful, informing us about the tiki taxi and things happening "downtown ". We had an oceanfront, with balcony room. The room had a full size fridge/freezer, stove, keurig, palatial king bed with a view f the ocean from it. Small bathroom, but most bathrooms in Hampton Beach are. We'll recommend Breakers By The Sea to others, and look forward to staying again our next visit.

Our room was super cute and the area was nice and quiet. Staffing was very friendly and parking right across street. Boardwalk is only 15 min or less walk. I’d come back here.

Staff were wonderful and it was right across the beach. I loved that it isn’t at the center of the boardwalk and more towards the end. Less crowded. Would definitely stay again!
