The home is within walking distance to the ACME and shopping center, Dealy Field, Maritas, Surfside Fitness and numerous restaurants. Rental includes beach tags, 3 bikes and beach chairs. the beach at 59th Street is guarded with swimming and boogie boarding allowed; added bonus of having Bubba Dogs at the beach entry.
