Charming Casita Ixora offers outdoor space & grill

Enjoy outdoor living in the landscaped shell yard beneath live oak and palm trees. Casita Ixora, located in the established and lush Indian Beach neighborhood, is a 10 minute walk from Indian Beach Park, which offers gorgeous sunsets and access to Sarasota Bay.

The Casita is equipped with a queen-sized bed, TV, mini-fridge with freezer, grill, microwave, and WiFi. 1.6 miles to downtown Sarasota and an 11 min drive to beautiful Lido Beach. Walk to Ringling College, Starbucks and The Mable.
The space
Casita Ixora, a tranquil and well-equipped 150 square foot suite, provides an ideal launching pad for days at the beach or filled with activities. The Casita comes equipped with a small cooler, beach chairs and towels, beach tent, portable Bluetooth speaker and skimboard.

The setting is a landscaped quarter acre property with tropical, fruiting and native plants and flowers and an expansive shell yard, shaded by mature live oak trees.

The Casita is adjacent to the main house, which was built in 1945 and retains the charm and history of old Florida.

EV charging is available for guests of the Casita, with a dedicated 220v outlet adjacent to the driveway. Charging cable and Tesla adapter will be provided upon request.

Located about 1 mile north of Sarasota’s Centennial Park and Boat Ramp, the Casita is perfect for launching your boat or jet ski for the week in Sarasota Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. We will gladly accommodate one trailer holding two jet skis or one boat up to 25’ for an additional daily fee.
Guest access
Guests will have exclusive use of the Casita and private outdoor space with a cafe table, gas grill and hammock. Guests and their pets are welcome to use the yard for activities and relaxation. Complimentary on-site parking is provided.
