We always enjoy staying at Zota for the pool and beach. This time however we booked a king room and they only had a queen available unless we wanted a handicap room facing the parking lot. So we were disappointed we didn’t get what we paid for and expected.

Great atmosphere and good! Rooms were very nice and clean. Staff was super friendly. I loved the valet parking. Free beach chairs included in the resort fee was a great benefit. The pool was nice and heated for a February stay. I highly recommend.

Poor experience with room…cleaning person in room above us dumped water and it came through ceiling onto us unexpectedly while we were in the bathroom and had bleach in it. Didn’t make any sense that much water could come through with a cleaning. No one apologized or checked on us from mgmt

The staff were wonderful. We went in January and it was not crowded. Every person we interacted( front desk, valet, cleaning ,even the manager walked around to say hi, with was so nice. The food was great the hotel was super clean. Bar drinks were weak but the service was exceptional. Lots of kids on the weekend so maybe do not book a pool room due to noise. The views were wonderful. Staff was always working to do touch ups around the building ( cleaning painting, even the deck/pool/flowers were sprayed every night. I have to say this was probably my favorite hotel so far.
