"°We had a great time. Its walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Check out the trolley. It will take you to Crescent Beach or Turtle Beach. They supply beach chairs,coolers. Its walki g distance to the beach. The rooms are updated. The pool is nice and the hottub is wonderfully warm. They do charge fees, Its a little pricey. But we had a wonderful time. "

"The continental breakfast was simple but satisfying and included yogurt, fruit, and hardboiled (in the shell) eggs. Oranges were great (yes, it was in Florida). The pool was very nice, away from the road and surrounded by nice landscaping, but sometimes ran out of towels. The room was clean and in great condition. A broken soap dispenser in our shower was not fixed after we reported it. One "styley" lamp had a camouflaged switch it took me two days to find."

"We loved this hotel. It's located right before the bridge to anna maria island and there's a natural cove behind it that's a marina. If you get a marina view room you have a beautiful view of the gulf and anna maria island. Also, there was a large manatee living in the marina while we were there, and that was pretty cool."
