Great building and apartement/Host communication needs work

i have stayed at this building many times. great building in great location. Apartement was clean, set up with all needed, very clean. will stay again. However it seams apartement is managed not by owner but management agency. they need to have better communication and improve check-in. never received check in info, when in lobby waited for over an hour for host to respond and when i had questions' host responded 2 days later. sinc ei am very familiar with the building and DR it was not a big issue but for someone new it might. communication needs to improve. other then that all was great. thanks. i will stay again
