Horrible. Broken bed at check-in, torn lampshades in room change and stained tub. Dingy towels. Wall paint around the entire hotel was visibly unmaintained. Furniture was old and dingy in the lobby and main areas. Would never recommend. Lack of communication was astonishing.

Whatever the new management is. I think is completely crazy. I try to touch a piano in the lobby and 4 security guards show up in about 5 seconds and ask to remove myself from that area like a bomb is going to explode or something like that. Next hour my wife’s friend was in the lobby and my wife want to take a picture in the pool area and again the security guards don’t allow my wife to take a picture and next day 2 family members want to go to visit in my room also I was stopped in the elevator like I was in a war zone and I can’t go to my own room that I paying, with a visiting family member. So after 20 years reserving room is this Hotel most likely I will never do it again
