The staff were all amazing and helpful. The rooms had both great views of the ocean and the pool. The pizza was great at the lounge bar. Overall we had an amazing 31st of December celebration. The location was perfect for our plans to be at the Malecón Telemicro celebration. We had an amazing time. The breakfast was perfect everyday.

The room wasn't comfortable enough. The smoke detector had flashing lights, the air conditioning wasn't cold enough, room service was too slow for a bowl of soup, and the parking was not only charged to the guest but also inconvenient to access.
