Excellent customer service. Excellent breakfast in Cafe Casaba. Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent Covid-19 protocols in place. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent service, excellent facilities, excellent food. My room was clean, well appointed, and very comfortable. It was my oasis from the chaos of Santo Domingo. The ocean view room was very nice and worth the extra cost. Well stocked mini bar, (rather pricey). Breakfast buffet is $20 per person extra, but, is worth every penny. The Sheraton Club upgrade $35/day/person is a little high, but, does come with excellent benefits including breakfast buffet in Cafe Casabe or Continental breakfast in Club on 10th floor and hors d’ oeuvres and drinks complimentary from 5-8pm every night. There are also other benefits as well, coffee delivery to your room, laundry service, etc. Overall I highly recommend the Sheraton Santo Domingo for your stay in the Dominican Republic. The staff at the Sheraton are very very friendly and determined to give great service. Uber is prevalent in the city and very inexpensive and very prompt. Enjoy your stay in this beautiful country.

Sheraton Hotel is well located in Santo Domingo.Staff is very friendly and Buffet breakfast is great, a little bit expensive.Bathrooms are not spacious enough.
