Room was very clean however I believe the organization needs make sure the smell of the rooms smell just as good as the hallway.. this is not on housekeeping at all because they made shire the rooms are clean .. it’s the smell of mildew that needs to be addressed in the room

Well, this was a bumpy ride. For years I have been visiting this hotel and this time the expectations were sad. We were checked in an hourly early and when I arrived to the room, they were auditing it. No housekeeping some other representatives from the hotel. When the staff member told me to go to the lobby with him I had to explain him several times that I had the benefits from the Expedia Vip that I could wait in the Premium Level and he still said no. Against his will I went up and talked to the staff and informed her. After a 10 min wait I was given another room. Upon arriving to the room which was standard the bathroom had hair on the sink and the bathroom knob was clinging for its life. Room service arrived with a letter and an amenity thanking me for being an Expedia ViP member. The amenity was a banana, an apple, an orange and a plum placed in a big plate. Not peeled nor decorated, just four fruits sitting on a plate😂 I could go on talking about the hotel experience but I will come off as an unappreciative individual. Services around the restaurants were horrible, staff was not attentive, and everything was just off. The hotel had definitely seen better days, it's just a regular city hotel by now. The best expectation is to not have any.
