"We had a wonderful time at the resort. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable and helpful. The amenities at Club Rio are great too. We repeated some of the activities because of how much fun we had. The only thing they could improve is the food. Food is not great at the hotel and it’s ..."

Hotel Los Lagos Spa & Resort
"This place is so beautiful! So many options for pools/spas. The trails through the property and views are stunning. We loved our time here! Only negative is the room noise. We stayed on the ground level and the noise of the room above us was terrible. Just walking on the floors or moving around the ..."

"What a great place at a great location. The rooms were super comfortable. My wife was sick when we arrived but rested and got better. "We stayed at Monteverde Lodge for 3 nights and booked tours with them. The Concierge services were really helpful in organising transport to and from the hotel as well as tours. Volcano Lodge Hotel & Thermal Experience
"Okay resort but we wouldn't stay again. Most of the pools were quite dirty and not well maintained. Saw staff spraying a lot of chemicals into what I thought was natural thermal pools as well as insecticide in the gardens."

Hotel Lomas del Volcán
"We loved this hotel. From the first day the property manager stopped us while we were walking the grounds and tried to find a sloth for us. Told us where it normally was and when to see it and we returned the next morning per his guidance am sure enough saw it. He also saw us out on my birthday and wished me a happy birthday which I found very hospitality. Rooms were great, we had villa with tub. Saw lots of wildlife off our deck. Property is gorgeous and the view of the volcano is amazing! Food was great from breakfast, lunch, and dinner (recommend the spicy shrimp). Pools were amazing and the view while you’re in them. I could go on and on about this place. 1000/10 recommend."
