"I was concerned the service was going to be spotty. My prior experience in Punta Cana was that the staff are generally meh...while they'll help you, it won't always be with a smile. And that's okay...I'm not owed a smile all the time. But when you spend a big wad, you are kind of paying for some smiles. My concerns were stupid...the service at Finest PC was even better than we received at Playa Mujeres. I didn't believe it could be possible, but alas, here I am writing one of my few reviews. Everything was great, except the honey mustard. No lie. That's literally the only complaint from my family of 11 very boughetto travelers. LOL. We are foodies and germaphobes wo insist on traveling. Haha! To understand the delusion, out next trip will be a cruise! A floating petri dish that we will board intentionally. I digress...Finest is the spot for our kind, hands down. They clean before you can dirty. You thought you were gonna slurp down the end of that pina colada, but nope. They already took the glass and brought a new fresh one while you blinked ever so quickly. Dinner service was superior - they know us and what we like. They didnt need to be told every single little common sense thing. If we were all talking and engaged, they just started bringing table apps. I appreciate that kind of intuitive service. The kids didnt have to say "virgin" each and every time. We all had finest club, but that's because of the need" for a menu at breakfast. Otherwise, there's no need for club. "

"We really enjoyed our week at Ocean El Faro. Our room was always clean and the fridge was stocked. We enjoyed all of the different restaurants and loved the unique vibes. The nightly entertainment was fun and was different each day. We were also assigned a butler, Hector, who was incredible and checked in on us multiple times a day to ensure our stay was everything we wanted it to be. Would definitely recommend this resort!"

"We had an amazing stay. Every hour there was fun family friendly activities and shows happening. We booked the airport transfer so we paid $150 round trip which was seamless. Next at arrival the resort is very secure and check in was the same as any other resort……long. They convinced us to upgrade the room so we did then we had to wait for concierge to take us to our room via golf cart which also took forever. They also require you to scan a QR CODE for food reservations. However check in is at 3 and the deadline to make reservations is 3pm. No one told us that so we went to the buffet. I’ll talk about food later. Now the room was immaculate, mini bar included, 24/7 room service. Very clean and fully stocked. Never had to ask for more towels for my family of 5. The balcony doors have a protective glass for the kids so that was a great safety feature. The grounds outside were beautiful and always groomed. Now for the food. The buffet had such a variety, not nasty microwaved food like American buffets. Daily items included fresh fish, omelette, steaks, Dominican dishes, salads, fresh fruit,mushroom rice,pancetta, and more. Also the staff in the buffet was the nicest and so wonderful with kids. We only we able to book a reservation at 2 other restaurants during our stay. The wok wok was the worst experience but not enough to change my 5 star overall rating. My reservation at wok wok was 630 but upon arrival no one came to the podium until 647 and no they were not crowded. "
