"This was one of the best experiences we had in the Caribbean. The hotel was great, we got upgraded to a suite and it was amazing- right by the pool. The room was clean, right temperature and didn’t smell of any mold or dew or other stuff we would normally see in beach resorts. The pool was amazing with excellent service to bars and pizza. The kids enjoyed playing and adults enjoyed lounging and munching. The music and entertainment were just right. The staff were great no matter where we were. Special kudos to the restaurant crew at the buffets and also the private restaurants for accommodating and being super friendly. They would also come and love on the kids! So sweet. Everyone was smiling and welcoming us, it felt great. It made me wonder why we went to Mexico 9 times and never came here before. The hotel is just amazing. Oh and I should mention the water park that’s wonderful for kids and grownups alike. If anyone is thinking where to fly next or have a vacation- it’s Punta Cana Grand Sirenis! 10/10 review! "

"This was a much needed vacation for us and we did enjoy it. A couple of things which were not so great was our day of arrival. It took much too long to get our luggage delivered to the room. Hindsight: we should have insisted on taking it ourselves. The check in procedure required filling in a bunch of paperwork. This could’ve been pre-filled with the information on hand by the hotel. Then there was the sales pitch by H10 hotels to buy into a points program of sorts, which started before breakfast and ended after breakfast. Too long, a bit like going to a used car lot. Also, when asking for a princely sum of money, make sure the environment is set for that. Do not have 20 sales staff hanging around, turn down the music, so a conversation can be had and offer some water or coffee, etc. The “beach” is disappointing. It’s kept very clean and one will find loads of plastic waste wash onshore immediately on the property line. There’s a little cove on the north side, which has a very nice sandy beach, but also buried garbage patches about 20 meters inshore, with a garbage dump just behind a little burm a bit further onshore. Nevertheless we did enjoy the waves and a bit of snorkelling. Bring watershoes because the occasional stones are very sharp. The lazy river was fun, though on the last day was not cleaned of debris from the day before and the water was appearing cloudy. The staff is friendly and working very hard. More to say, ran out of room"

"Finest Punta Cana is a beautiful, modern, and very clean resort that’s perfect for families. We traveled with our three-year-old and eleven-year-old, and both absolutely loved the experience. There are plenty of family-friendly activities, and we never had any trouble finding pool chairs or beach beds, which made the whole stay feel relaxed and easy. We stayed in a room with an outdoor mini-pool on the balcony overlooking the main pool, which was stunning and a really special touch. We also had the Excellence Club experience, which gave us access to a few extra restaurants, a separate beach area, and an exclusive pool. It’s a great upgrade, but you can definitely have a wonderful time here without it. This was our third time at the resort, and we would absolutely come back again."

"Excellence El Carmen was "AMAZING". It lives up to its name. Multiple restaurants, food was delicious, friendly staff, plenty of bars and the weather was fabulous. You can't ask for much more. I highly recommemd staying in the Excellence Club. Complete suite of amenities. Looking to book a return visit."
