This is my second time staying at that hotel, and the service staff is very good. I will stay there again. The only thing is that the beach has seaweed, I know they were cooperating fully with that, it will be cleaned daily, but I can't wait until we can use the beach

Our concierge (Jose) was very attentive to supply basic needs like replenish room mini bar, coffee, and restaurant reservations. Pool entertainment and swim bar staff were very good. The food quality at all restaurants and service is sub standard based on our experience over 25 years visiting other DR and Mexico Mayan Rivera/Talum resorts.

The rooms could use a bit of an update, but honestly for the price it was exactly what we imagined! The staff were friendly and helpful, the buffet was good, pools were great. It was nice and calm, not too crowded or overrun with people. The beach had the seaweed or whatever it’s called but still lots of beach to walk and lay down. I wish there were a couple more restaurants but other than that it was a solid resort, very nice for couples 10/10 for sure! I would definitely come back here.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at El Beso at Ocean El Faro! We enjoyed the Privilege service, and as always, it was truly above and beyond our expectations. A very special thank you to Ogando, whose service was exceptional. He was always attentive, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. We also want to recognize Jonathan at the beach, who even remembered our favorite drinks every single day. That level of personalized service made us feel so welcome and appreciated. The entire experience was outstanding. We can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!
