"This was my best vacation by far. Everyone was so helpful and nice from the moment you arrive. Now before I start raving about the resort, Expedia has it wrong how long you get there from the airport. It states it’s 50 minutes but it’s actually an hour in a half ride to and from the airport, so plan accordingly. Now don’t believe all the reviews because I saw where someone said they were rude, that’s false. They get to know the guest and try to help you with your Spanish. After checking in, they provide you with a glass of wine and take you to your room. Our room was nice, plunge pool and all. Room service was 24 hrs, beaches were great (server out there while basking in the sun), swim up pool, paddling boat was free, sail boating was cheap, and food was amazing. The only thing I wish they had, was a shuttle and a tour of the resort when you arrive, as much as the nightly rate is. We completely missed the water slide. I mean overall experience, was the best. We’re definitely going back."
