"It was truly a magnificent family vacation. Our family spent 5 wonderful days at the hotel, and every moment was special. The staff went above and beyond—they were all incredibly kind, gentle, and helpful, making us feel at home. Our room was upgraded to an ocean view. The room was spotless and spacious, and we enjoyed the delicious food every day at each specialty restaurant; the snacks and coffee options at El Batey were convenient and exceptional. The beach was pristine, and relaxing. The included water activities were amazing. The night time entertainment was amazing and diverse. Omar and “Scooby” kept every guest engaged and in good spirits. If we ever return, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thanks to all the staff who made our stay so memorable!"
