"We had a great stay at Dreams overall, and the service really stood out. The staff as a whole was warm, attentive, and welcoming throughout our trip. Theo, Adrianna, and Francis especially went above and beyond to meet our needs and were consistently kind and helpful. There were also several other team members who made a positive impact, even if we didn’t catch all of their names.
The entertainment staff was wonderful as well—always pleasant, smiling, engaging, and creating a fun atmosphere for guests.
The food could have been better, with more variety and options available, but overall we had a very enjoyable stay and truly appreciated the excellent service from the team."
