"I can’t say enough great things about this resort and the staff. From checking in with Victor, getting helped to our room by Felipe, our maid service by Melanie, entertainment by Frank at the pool, and even sales from Jay (Jennifer)—they all helped make the stay unforgettable and enjoyable through and through. The beach was pristine, the spa was spectacular, and for an all-inclusive, the food was surprisingly great!! The hotel supported refugee Haitians and locals to create an authentic experience and I’m so thankful for the folks that made my stay a dream vacation."
