Nice little gem in San Jose. Booked it last minute not really knowing what to expect. The pool was very nice and a cool vibe. I can confirm it's hetero-friendly! Would come back for sure, especially on such a deal. Very walkable neighbourhood with charm.

Main areas ok but hote room very outdated. Shower was cold. Coffee machine didn’t work and wasn’t fixed despite complaining. Area outside hotel grim, didn’t feel safe. Sadly would not recommend.

"We liked our stay at this hotel, and like the Japanese restaurant, but here are things that could be better: initially we stayed in a room that was too noisy (facing freeway). Second, we would have liked to have more hand and face towels; there was only one for both my wife and I. The location of the hotel is not that good, in that there is no way to walk to any place, like outside restaurants and shops, so we had to always take taxis. The breakfast buffet was mediocre."
