This is a modern facility in San Jose, right near the beautiful park. The staff was very helpful and in particular, Luis, one of the Bell Hops,was our culinary advisor. Pointing out.Social as a nearby walkable restaurant serving good Costa Rican food. The only downside I saw was that in the 21st-century, not having easy access to charging ports near the bedside, a so-called modern hotel like this, fell short.

Hotel is very old and tired. The A/C is extremely loud but that did help to dull some of the other sounds of this old hotel (banging doors, other guests). No hairdryers in the room (it took 2 hours to get one after chasing twice). The staff are friendly though and the breakfast was good.

It was great at first but they say online that can be booked with hot tub and there's no hot tubs and also I paid for breakfast with my friend and then we go to go eat and the ladies started telling us we have to pay money for coffee and for food we told them we already paid they gave us a hard time and to be real Bathrooms Are gross showers don't get hot and the ladies at counters are rude

Everything, this was not a five star star hotel. More like 1 star. Dirty not renovated in maybe 20 years and expensive looking at what you got. Like a bad bed and breakfast. Then they said the parking was free and tried to charge us for valet parking. Terrible.

The location is great. Some of the employees are very helpful and friendly. The receptionist who works in the morning was very helpful and very pleasant. The guy who works in the bar was very friendly and helpful. The same goes to the bellman working in the morning.
