Relax & enjoy sunrises, sweeping views to downtown & cool ocean breezes in this well appointed corner-unit townhome (located on the 2nd and 3rd floors with main entry off the ground level). Perfectly situated on the water in the heart of Mission Beach, this relaxing vacation home comes equipped with 3br's + 3ba's, A/C, waterfront balcony with seating, floor to ceiling windows for optimal views & SMART TV's in all rooms. *Note-no BBQ included. Maximum occupancy 8, 6 adults max.

INTERIOR LAYOUT
The main level offers a convenient foyer/entry, perfect to keep your shoes & beach equipment. The tiled stairway will lead you to the second floor that houses the main living area that features floor to ceiling windows allowing maximum water views & sun exposure. Fantastic open floorplan with a fully stocked kitchen (cookware, plates, cups, silverware, coffee maker, blender, etc) that is open to the 6 person dining area & spacious living room with a large Bay Front balcony. There is also one bedroom (full bed) and full bath that round out the second floor.

On the third floor you will find the luxurious, private & spacious Master “HONEYMOON” Suite. Arguably THE BEST bedroom in the entire complex with floor-ceiling windows, views to the South & East, dual mirrored wardrobe closets, ensuite bathroom with surround shower, elegant dual vanities & TV. Across the hallway houses the third bedroom (2 twin beds) and third full bath.

OTHER FEATURES
This vacation home is equipped with numerous amenities, including recessed lighting, wood floors in all bedrooms, A.C (Note due to the way the air conditioning venting is setup, the living room area typically takes longer to cool down compared the remainder of the home especially on hotter days. We do have ceiling fans & floor fans to help keep the area cool!), a private outdoor view balcony, TV's in living room & each bedroom (high-def cable TV), top of the line towels & linens, and beach toys/chairs/boogie boards. We also work directly with a local beach rental shops that offer our tenants special discounts rentals on most standard beach cruisers.

• GUEST REQUIREMENTS | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30.
• OCCUPANCY | Our maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (ie includes both guests & visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight.
• NOISE | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Waterfront July 2025

Overall it as a great property in a fantastic part of Mission Bay. Quiet and quaint. We met our kids and grand-kids there for our family vacation. Loved the nightly fireworks show from Sea World. We had a 2nd floor unit, parking was easy, plenty of beds and bedrooms & bathrooms. We loved the huge walk in shower w/ 2 heads.

Awesome beach house!

The location was excellent! Mission bay is a great neighborhood! Lots of coffee/restaurant options within walking distance (funky lemon was our favorite). If you do venture out almost all San Diego attractions/neighborhoods are within 20 min drive. Great central location to explore the area. House was clean/comfortable, master bed was very comfortable. Parking is a bit challenging if your car does not fit in the underground parking.We have a Nissan rogue that would have fit if it weren’t for our roof rack. Street parking was a bit challenging but we were able to find a spot within a block or two our entire stay, be mindful of the street sweeping parking restrictions and you should be fine parking wise. Definitely would stay here again and highly recommend if you are looking for a comfortable, convenient few days at the beach!! Booking was simple, the property checked in on us, we had no issues so can’t speak on their reaction time if you do, but the proactive check in from the PM was appreciated. We had everything we needed and all house functions worked just fine.

While the space was sufficient, the two bedrooms were way too hot. The A/C is not strong enough for that large space. All the bathrooms and kitchen could use updates. Broken dishwasher door, bathroom sink AND shower sink that had clogs. If the kitchen, bathrooms and HVAC were updated - at the same price point - it would be worth it. We had a great stay, enjoyed the patio - although the furniture was awkward and not at all thought out. Sunsets on the beach were awesome. Surf Style was responsive and easy to work with though they are the ones who need to understand the renovation comments. We had a sweaty toddler that couldn’t nap or hall asleep because it was 85 degrees in the room after 6 hours with the A/C on.

Excellent!!

We enjoyed our stay and will be back! The only things we would highly recommend would be to add a high top to the patio. The oven pretty much stopped working and would not get over 225 at one point and then wouldn’t go over 185 degrees which made it impossible to cook anything. The electric skillet probably needs to be replaced or bring your own. These are definately not negatives just some things to consider addressing. The view is amazing and the facility is beautiful! It was our first time renting on the beach and we loved it! We will be back!!

Amazing Home to Stay At!

This was a perfect home and location for my friends and I to unwind and enjoy what Mission beach has to offer. We loved all the windows and the balcony that looked right onto the bay. We got to paddleboard and rent bikes to ride on the boardwalk. So many places within walking distance to eat and/or rent water toys or bikes. We loved it so much, that we're already thinking of the next time we can come back!

Overall property was fine, however, there's no bluetooth speaker to connect your devices to, the knifes could be sharpened , the master bedroom mirror closet door was off the tracks. Master bathroom a tad cheesy with all of the mirrors on walls/ceiling. Was a tad challenging to sleep in with the beach-goers walking, biking, rollerblading right below master bedroom. They were up and active by7 am on Saturday morning. Master bed was comfy. Some of the artwork/accessories are out dated.

Great unit, parking needs work

We enjoyed the units cleanliness, views, close proximity to restaurants/bars and easy bay and ocean access. Parking garage did not fit our vehicles and was unaware that it would not accommodate them until 2 days prior. Parking took hours to find most days and we had both of our vehicles towed Saturday night. An very pricey added expense.

Solid property

Overall this was 4/5. The location of this property is fantastic. It's right on the beach, which was great for our kids. For the price, just didn't feel like it was a 5/5. The pictures with the online listing were amazing, but then the interior amenities weren't a 5/5. Property management was responsive, but we had a few hot water issues throughout our stay.

Amazing beachfront property

The family and I had a wonderful time staying at this property. Gorgeous view, super quiet and completely relaxing. Its the little details we were so appreciative of such as a hose right before you enter the home. Loved that!!! Loved the upgraded coffee machine rather than those small cheap ones. Overall the property was Gorgeous and would totally recommend this to any family who either wants a quiet getaway or just a beautiful beachfront property overlooking the quiet bay. Each room has their own bathroom and shower which was awesome and not to mention the AMAZING master bedroom. Wow!!! Gorgeous views from every inch of the bedroom. The master shower sealed the deal with me, super big and very nicely done. We will definitely be staying again next year.

Wonderful condo that met our needs during vacation.

This condo was conveniently located to all the areas that we visited during our vacation, whether that was downtown San Diego or La Jolla. The condo was very well equipped to meet our needs. Parking can be a challenge, standard SUV's or mini vans will not fit in the parking garage, so take this into consideration when choosing a rental car. The only thing that I would point out is the 2nd floor bedroom & bathroom area had a mildew smell. We purchased some air fresheners and that helped along with opening up the doors to air things out a little bit. But overall we really enjoyed the condo and everyone was so easy to work with to make our stay very enjoyable. Thank you.

Relaxing Stay by the Bay

The condo is located in a good spot with Mission Bay and one block from the beach. The draw back is the neighborhood has lots of college and young adults. Walking distances to a few good bars and restaurants. Peaceful at night with the view of the city lights. The property has adequate bathrooms and amenities but the TV's in all rooms are too small and very hard to control. Also, need to buy water since the filtered water on the refrigerator was not working. The biggest draw back is the garage, very low so even a mid size SUV, we had two, we were not willing to chance getting the top damaged. Also garage has no lights and very damp extremely dangerous at night we had to used our phone lights. No access to the condo and you have to walk out from the garage to the street and wait 5-7 minutes for the garage door to close. Our experience upon evening arrival was challenging. We were not informed that the garage opener was in the unit, then it did not work and we went to buy a battery and still did not work. Had to call the emergency number to find a solution. This all took over an hour and it was late we were tired from driving. The next challenge was see if we can get the car into the garage. Finally we parked the car in the public parking area and walked back to the unit. A big down fall for these units, the garage is poorly designed to get cars into it safely and not kept well. Otherwise the unit was very enjoyable.

Beautiful condo!

Perfect for our trip to San Diego. While some of our family stayed in the city, we chose to stay at the beach. We are so glad that we did. Great location, and the condo itself is beautiful! Located on the bay, it is private and quiet. Quick walk to the ocean and boardwalk. The garage has a 6ft clearance; for anyone bringing a vehicle, we were able to fit the rented minivan. Just an FYI. Thank you again!

It was a very nice rental. The parking situation is a bit daunting and the remote for the garage could stand to be replaced because it kept coming apart. The Master bath is gorgeous but there is no shower curtain so leave your modesty at home. :)

Beautiful Condo!

Enjoyed out stay. Condo was wonderful. Site was wonderful. Nick addressed our concerns and took care of us. For those with small children, there are no bathtubs. The master bath has a sunken shower which we put a cup over the drain to allow some water to accumulate for our little one's bath, worked fine. Basement garage has limited height for vehicles to get in. Would book again.
