"Good hotel layout is a plus but Compared to other secrets resorts I’ve stayed previous, no friendly staff and very inattentive to needs of guests. Also food was VERY limited, mainly Buffett. When “good” food was empty, none was replaced. So had to get there early if you anted shrimp cocktail, which was a “premier choice”. and most restaurants closed at dinner time. Worst part for us is upon orientation when getting there, lady was very pushy trying to join their exclusive secrets timeshare. Even begging saying”you will be helping me out financially “. I’m tired and want to relax after traveling. All I wanted was my room and to settle down/realx."

"The most beautiful experience, our first family trip but they made everything so accessible. Super helpful, staff is polite and friendly they go above and beyond. They cater to you in every way possible the heat is insane but constant service in all areas of the resort. Also doing your laundry at an extra cost but super worth it. Food variety from mexican to international food and multiple restaurants within the resort ask the drivers for options the only downside was its super huge that you dont get to explore enough without asking what else they have."
