I will return as I found the accommodations delightful. Rustic in a good way. The walk to the beach is 5 minutes and places you in the center of Playa Zipolite. The main street with restaurants is also about a 5 minute walk. The owner and staff are very welcoming and helpful.

"We wanted a small hotel for a 2 week stay that was close to the beach and had a pool. This hotel had both and was very affordable. It was in a great location with a very short walk to the beach or to the Main Street. All of the restaurants were nearby. The staff were very kind and friendly. The bed was comfortable and the property was well maintained. We would definitely consider staying here again."
