We didn’t get the room we paid for. They said it was an “upgrade.” They said our room wasn’t available but most likely the hotel was not full. They’re really strict on wardrobe for dining. We couldn’t eat if my husband had a sleeveless shirt when it’s super hot out. We couldn’t eat at the restaurants inside if he was wearing shorts but yet girls have their bums showing and wearing crocs inside. During check in, they told us we couldn’t make reservations for dining, but when we would go to eat others made reservations. They had a special event that got super packed right away and a lot of people were left without dinner or the show. There wasn’t anywhere else to eat if you were “casually” dressed. The food wasn’t the best. Everything is super far away, this resort is completely secluded. If you’re looking for an adults only resort, this is fine if you don’t want to explore anything since everything is far. The beer and drinks were watered down. I wouldn’t go back to the resort. The biggest drawback was the long check in process. Once you’re checked in, you’re followed by a salesperson to get you to purchase their time share. That wasted at least an hour of our time. Each time they see you, there’s another sales person attempting the sale. Major buzz kill.

Compared to other secrets properties this is by far the worst property. Very limited food options and the quality is below average. It’s a cool lil spot but would not visit again. One of those one and done deals

No recomiendo. Incluso pongo en duda totalmente la categoría de 5 estrellas que le asignaron a este hotel. Desde que llegas no hay ni una atención, únicamente te ofrecen créditos y descuentos si tomas una plática con ellos te dan cupones que no sirven o que limitan su uso. Las instalaciones desde que llegas se ven en completo deterioro, las paredes, la falta de pintura. En casa piso se ven las grietas, en las duchas saliendo de la playa se ve la falta de atención y cuidado. Los restaurantes el peor servicio, con el argumento de ser temporada baja abren 2 de especialidad y mantienen el buffet cerrado. Con decir que el room service es lo único “bueno” con su poca variedad pero la atención es lo único rescatable. Cabe mencionar que sufrimos una intoxicación en su restaurante de mariscos lo cual agravó totalmente la situación, un servicio médico nulo con cargo extra obviamente, y si quieres hacer upgrade te recomiendo no lo hagas, venden la idea de un preferred club que tiene alcohol de etiquetas de lujo pero no vale para nada la pena y no tiene sentido. El servicio de spa es bueno pero para llegar hay que pedir transporte en un carro con los del valet que tienen muy mala actitud y solo quieren hacer todo rápido. En general de las peores experiencias en un hotel todo incluido y con según excelente te categoría

The service was above and beyond! Every single individual here contributes to the liveliness and lives and breathes service! The scheduled events were all very entertaining, and the karaoke and live bands were some of the best experiences that we will remember for a lifetime. The pool areas were amazing, and the swim up bar was top notch! Access to the beach and the stretch of land left nothing to be desired. The rooms were clean, elegant, and a very private view from the balcony. Some of the reviews we saw pointed out some of the stuff in the lobby’s and rooms are showing signs of wear and tear, but we personally did not encounter anything worth pointing out. I would greatly recommend this place if you want to create a memory that’ll last a lifetime! Very different from Cancun. More secluded, private, and personal.

Great place to stay! It’s perfect place to get away and not overcrowded. During our stay it was at about 50% capacity, we didn’t have to wait to be seated at available restaurants and we availability for events we wanted to participate was also a non issue. The hotel was beautiful. The days we where there the beach was not the safest to go swim at so we had to Travel to another bay. Not all restaurants are available everyday so make sure you check availability before planning. Staff was friendly and helpful, but the first two days they were attempting to offer incentives/discounts if we agreed to attend some kind of event. Breakfast option was superb.

Its was ok but there was a spiders when we checked in, and we talked to the staff to changed the room and they told that i have to pay 500 dlls to give another room

The resort and its employees were excellent. However a taxi that the hotel requested took us to a two stores of his choosing that charged ridiculous prices. He refused to take us to a store of our choosing citing “lack of quality “ at the other stores. The shirt my wife overpaid for was of terrible quality and shoddy workmanship. Be careful of the cab drivers

The service and meals at the restaurants were incredible. Also the entertainment was great and friendly. However the food served at events was below the quality of the restaurants and meagre at best. The building also clearly lacks maintenance (there are cracks and holes in some walls and rooftops; and our room had water leaking from the shower). Finally, they don’t always update their menus and events (e.g. one day they said they were going to have coconuts at 1pm by the pool but when we approached the staff there they did the supplier hadn’t given them any coconuts for a while)
