"Hi was upset, nothing good believe me, no Hot water, no house keeper, one sheet one towel for seven days, no tv, place flooded out, when rain can't come out side water all over, it's was clean no lie,but everything was upside down no good,windows broke out of to put cardboard there, please needed fixing, no good, hi wish I get my money back. "The hotel is overall an older hotel. The staff and management try their best, but it is old. While the hotel is dated, it was clean. The staff is very friendly. The food is all right. We were here March 2026 during spring break time. The hotel was relatively busy. The location is central to Montego Bay, but not a lot to see other than the beach right across the street. The beach right across the street is lovely and beautiful. We paid $250 a night for two people. The overall value was good."

"I had a very disappointing experience during my stay. The toilet in my initial room was clogged, and no one assisted me until the following day. Maintenance came out four separate times but was unable to fix the issue. On the second day, I was moved to another room; however, I did not receive any housekeeping service for the remainder of my stay. Whenever I requested towels, staff would tell me they were not assigned to my area and that I needed to contact the front desk. Unfortunately, the front desk rarely answered calls, and when I was finally able to reach someone, it took a long time for assistance to arrive. My room door was opened while I was in the shower. Additionally, I informed the excursions staff that I was booked through Expedia, but my Expedia points were never applied. Overall, the lack of responsiveness, poor communication, and unresolved maintenance issues made for a frustrating experience."
