"Friendly, helpful staff - all the reception staff spoke English as well as Italian. There was a place to store baggage for early arrivals or departures after check-out, the room was comfortable with adjustable air conditioning and a shower with soap, shampoo and towels provided, and breakfast was great - a lot of variety! There were three kinds of cereal, loads of pastries and several types of bread, scrambled eggs and frankfurter slices (but one day there was bacon!), vegan pie, cake, varieties of fruit juice and a coffee vending machine, as well as cheeses, meats and salad. There’s also a little shop in case you’ve forgotten anything or want some snacks when the buffet has finished. The location is excellent - a five minute walk to the station, which has trains, trams and buses, and is one of the stops for the airport train, and a short walk to many restaurants with great food, and gelato in basically every direction, as well as other shops. If you don’t mind walking a little further, the Colosseum and Vatican are both less than an hour a way on foot!"

"This hotel in general is ok the only issue is check in as the link they send to pay the city tax doesn’t work. If you don’t pay they’ll deactivate your pass codes. You’ll end up outside like we did and many others. Trying to resolve the issue was a nightmare as they only respond via WhatsApp as they don’t have any staff onsite. It took hours to get someone that wasn’t AI to answer. So if you’re staying here just be aware"
