I would like to give may be half star or even quarter star. When checked in, front desk assigned a room, It s very bad and not cleaned, sheets n towels are on floor and tissues everywhere in bathroom. Then they assigned another room, its like 100 degrees in the room. And toilet is not working. Front desk said, they dont have house keeping available and she told me that she can give me a plumger to use it on toilet myself. What the heck.. Then they assigned a third room which has dirty toilet again. She said its missouri water causing the dirtiness. Silly excuse to make. Overall, her comment is its old hotel and cant expect a clean and tidy room. We have asked to cancel and refund. She called her manager and spoke for 10 mins. Then she told us that they will cancel on their end but since we booked it thru hotels.com, she asked us to contact hotels.com for refund. Opened a request with hotels.com and waiting for refund. Never will book again with this hotel. Poor management and cleanliness.

I don't really know what it was like. I canceled my reservation when I got there because there was no notice on the Expedia site that the pool was closed. I specifically wanted a hotel with a pool because I had my 8 year old with me.

One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because it had an indoor pool. I was very upset to find out it was closed when I checked in. A heads up would have been nice.

Reasonably priced place. The tv didn’t work. Couldn’t keep the hot water running for more than 5 minutes without having to turn it off and turn it on again. My late check out was not communicated and staff entered my room when I was in my underwear.

trash was never taken out, had to change rooms bc the door lock was broken, never had hot water and if there was any it went cold within ten minutes. they left our hotel room door open while we were gone after replacing the towels once, which is the only time the towels were replaced during a four day stay
