Nice hotel. Couldn’t beat the price

First, the room was dirty, the furniture was damaged and looked like it was bought at a road-side yard sale, the phone didn't work and the toilet didn't work. We had to keep refilling the toilet tank in order to flush it. The manager on duty said they couldn't move us and that we would need to speak to a manager upon checkout. When checking out, we were told that we would need to complain to Travelocity not them...

We loved the area. The room was nice. The bed was hard and the water pressure in the shower wasn’t good at all. But over all we had a great stay.

This was a convenient stay for me and my family. It was very clean and easy to get around. The pool was quiet and heated. Because of COVID many hotels have not offered continental breakfast but this one did. I was very happy with breakfast options and staff was friendly. There is also a restaurant next door that offered pizza. Only a few critiques, there was an old toilet paper roll in the bathroom and no extra rolls, but we carry extra on our travels :). Also, we could hear travelers coming and going outside our room early in the morning. Otherwise, the stay was pleasant.
