"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Perry! We loved everything about this historic hotel, from the beautiful architectural details and comfortable front porch to the welcoming lobby and all the character throughout the building. It really feels like stepping back in time while still having the comforts you want in a hotel. Our room was a highlight, especially the private balcony overlooking Petoskey and Lake Michigan. The view was beautiful, but watching the sunset over the water was something special. We also enjoyed learning about the hotel's history and its connection to the old railroad days. The location couldn't have been better. We were just steps away from downtown shops, great restaurants, and the harbor. Breakfast at the H.O. Rose Dining Room was excellent, and the $25 food credit was a nice bonus. Hotel Perry has so much charm, history, and character. It made our visit to Petoskey even more memorable. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"What a charming cottage! The house was very roomy for our group with lots of spaces for everyone to kick back and relax. The porch with partial water views was our favorite during morning coffee. I loved the newly installed trees and hydrangea bushes which added great privacy. The beds were comfortable with nice linens. The kitchen was well stocked but we ate out a lot (great local options). The group appreciated the 3 smart TVs so everyone had their own space during downtime. We loved the private beach but favored the Petoskey State Park beach right next door due to the hiking, big waves and bathrooms/snack hut (home supplied beach chairs/beach towels too). We had chilly nights but the radiator heat was perfect to keep the home cozy. The town of Harbor Springs is so quaint and we can’t wait to come back! Our group agreed this will be our spot for future visits up North."
