"Loved the grounds, pretty big resort, could walk quite a bit. Loved the food, beach cleaned every day. Very friendly staff, no standing in line at restaurants. Really liked that we could snorkel at the resort. Some complain that there are rocks at the beach, but that's exactly what gave as the chance do a lot of snorkeling. Huge pools, always available lounges. Great resort."

"This was our best vacation ever! Location, wildlife, accessibility to Xcaret, access to snorkelling off the beach, wonderful restaurants, activities, entertainment all first class. Above all, the staff! Worked hard to help, share their knowledge, and welcome us with a smile. Only issue we had was with some language issues in a first aid situation. Not enough Spanish from us and English from the resort first responders. "
