This was the old Sands and yuck. Wow was I shocked to see it now! The room was very nice, very comfortable and quiet. The casino was nice as well. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I’ll definitely be back!

Everything was great. The only bad thing we were woke up at 7am due to new entry way construction. The front desk was very helpful in getting us in a room away from the noise. That was very appreciated. Thank you very much.

The construction going on was a bit annoying so early in the morning. At night the tv had issues and we couldn’t get most channels. We did call , but no IT personnel were available. The staff were very nice and the restaurants were good.

Excellent everything! Clean rooms, comfy beds, nice large TV, friendly staff, free parking (and plenty of it) and free parking garage as well. Vibrant Casino floor. Next time I’m in Reno I’ll absolutely make this one of my first looks for a place to stay.
