I love Laquita try to stay there when I travel the only thing is it was not busy but would still not let us check in early. Other Laquita have let us check in early

On check in, we were told we had to give the desk a $100 room security deposit. This was not in any of the registration information. The front desk told us if we didn't pay cash, it would be 10 working days to refund our credit card. So, kinda different. Then there were 3 people staying in our room and only one set of towels. Went back to the front desk and they said they were out of towels. Checked back twice, still no towels. Finally the next morning, we got towels from the housekeeping supervisor. Not going back....oh, yeah, they provided the smallest cups possible for coffee maybe 6oz ..who does that??

LaQuinta sucks dead bears

Shower head was horrible. No attempt to fix. Room key didn't work on 6 different occasions. Staff didn't leave bath or hand towels.

The hotel is dark and outdated. There is no way to avoid stairs if you are lugging suitcases. The elevator was dirty. I was on the 2nd floor and it was a dark spooky hallway. Breakfast was not appetizing. I wouldn't stay again.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good enough to start the day. the only bad thing was the hard boiled eggs, it took my daughter 3 eggs to finally get a hard boiled one.

Not a place would stay again

I called ahead to see about a fifth person coming was told not roll away bed.When i checked in was charged a extra $20 per night. My room was finally cleaned on the last day.

Never Again!

Pros: The location - It was near where I needed to visit!
Cons: Customer service, Modernize, Improve breakfast.
Registration started with signing a paper listing 10 things you cannot do at the hotel. For example, you must return your plastic key cards to the desk upon checking out or you will receive a 10 dollar charge, When I asked why, the desk attendant told me "too many guests were losing their cards" and they had to make new ones. My answer was "then charge them for new ones"! Guests can use the hotel pool but not visitors! Also the hotel is non smoking - thats good, but the guests go in and out of the emergency exits to smoke and leave the door ajar so they can get back in. We had a room next to an emergency door and guests were going in and out making noise all night with no consequences. Now I know why so many people were losing their cards. They are going outside to smoke and forgetting to take their card since many bypass the main door with the outside lock !The King bed was old, soft, and sagging in the middle. The room appeared clean but was run down. Breakfast was minimal with only the standard hotel waffle machine for a hot meal.
