"The hotel is clean, the staff is attentive, and the continental breakfast is complete. We only had an issue with the shuttle; it is important that they specify the service hours, because we chose this hotel for the airport shuttle service but had to pay for a taxi since they didn't have a shuttle running at 6:00 AM."

"My first stay at this hotel in March was a bit disappointing. The bathroom was a major letdown. The black mold on the tiles was disgusting, and the shower didn’t work. Everything else was fine, but the bathroom was the only thing that made me want to leave. I had to travel again and decided to give them a second chance. This time, the shower was still dingy, and black mold was worse. When I checked in, I was too tired to pay attention to anything else. The next morning, I woke up to find either aunts or some kind of bugs all over my stuff on top of the counter. The room was just not up to standards. The room per night was not inexpensive, and I felt like I had stayed in a low-end hotel. We were able to call Expedia to help us cancel the second night. I felt so disgusted that I couldn’t even take a shower before I left. The hotel needs major updates and better cleaning."
