The “kitchenette” had no stove but an electric burner. No cooking utensils, pots, pans or dishes. The mini fridge did not work. And a roach was crawling on the floor.

Room size good, bedding thin, no Xtra blankets just a sheet to cover with. Front desk not manned in evening. Tried call front desk, housekeeping many times. Had a power outage for over 2 hours,nothing worked including elevators and air conditioning. No one answered phone.

First of all I wasn’t allowed to check in until an hour and a half after check in time because the room wasn’t ready. Do I get extra time to make up for the time I lost in the room ? The sink was broken and they said they couldn’t fix it.
