The hotel was severely understaffed which resulted in only receiving housekeeping once during my weeklong stay, and even then they did not provide fresh bedding or toiletries. The shower in the room seemed poorly maintained, as evident by the shelves being loose and falling, as well as the water control handle being loose and uncalibrated.
